Challange
HACA had grown fast, from a single academy to three separate schools (Marketing, Design, and Tech), but their web presence hadn't kept up. The existing site was a single page trying to serve too many audiences at once, causing confusion and drop-offs at the enquiry stage.
Each school had its own personality, its own student profile, and its own course offering. Lumping them together meant none of them were being communicated clearly. The academy had won national recognition, including Best Institute for Upskilling at the World Education Summit 2024, but the website wasn't doing justice to that credibility.

Goal
Build a scalable web presence that could house the full HACA ecosystem, main brand site plus individual school landing pages, without losing the distinct identity of each school. Every page needed to drive one action: course enquiry.
We also needed to reflect HACA's energy, practical, aspirational, and community-driven. This wasn't a corporate institution. It was a place where lakhs of students had already changed careers. The website needed to feel alive.
Solution
We built the main HACA site and three separate school landing pages in Framer, each with its own visual identity, color system, and messaging, while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints. The Marketing School got a clean editorial feel. The Design School got bold illustration-led visuals. The Tech School got a dark, futuristic aesthetic.
Each page was structured around a conversion funnel, hero to social proof to course details to enquiry CTA, with WhatsApp integration and a live chat system built in. Media coverage from Indian Express, Khaleej Times, TEDx, and Times of India was surfaced prominently to build immediate trust.
RESULT
The new web ecosystem gave each HACA school a clear identity and a conversion-focused home. Enquiry-to-enrolment clarity improved significantly, with students landing on the right school page from social ads and organic search rather than bouncing from a generic homepage.
Across 16+ batches and 700+ students mentored, HACA now has a digital presence that reflects its real-world scale and reputation. The multi-page Framer architecture also makes it easy to launch new schools or campaigns without rebuilding from scratch.
