Challange
Dalethorpe Living had an established reputation in serviced accommodations and property management across Kerala, but their digital presence didn't reflect the quality of what they offered. The old website felt generic, nothing about it communicated the warmth, heritage, or premium nature of the brand.
Potential guests and property investors landing on the site had no reason to trust the brand or take action. The navigation was unclear, the visual identity was inconsistent, and the overall experience felt disconnected from the actual product.

Goal
The goal was to build a website that felt as refined as the properties Dalethorpe manages, warm, premium, and trustworthy. Every section needed to do real work: converting curious visitors into enquiries and enquiries into bookings.
We also needed to clearly communicate three distinct service lines - Serviced Accommodations, Property Management, and Investments, without making the site feel cluttered or corporate. Simplicity and elegance were the brief.
Solution
I designed and built the site entirely in Framer, using a rich earthy palette, deep browns, warm creams, and ambient photography pulled directly from the properties. The typography was set in a refined serif to signal heritage and quality from the first scroll.
Each service line got its own clear pathway, reducing friction for different visitor types. A WhatsApp contact integration was embedded for instant connection. The "Our Story" section was crafted to build emotional trust, leading with 20+ years of hospitality experience before asking for anything in return.
RESULT
The new site positioned Dalethorpe Living as the premium serviced accommodation brand it actually is. Enquiry touchpoints were reduced from 4 clicks to 1, and the WhatsApp CTA saw immediate traction with returning guests and new property owners.
Within the first month of launch, direct accommodation enquiries increased noticeably through the website channel. The brand now has a digital presence that matches its physical one, and a foundation to scale its property portfolio with confidence.
